Call for Oral/Poster Presentations
Oral Presentations
Those intending to present an oral presentation at the conference must submit an abstract of not more than 250 words by email to the Secretariat at xiiiinteraroidmunich@gmail.com.
The deadline for abstract submission (with payment for registration fee) is extended to 15th March 2020. Notification of acceptance will be made by the end of March 2020.
Poster Presentations
Those intending to present a poster presentation at the conference must submit an abstract of not more than 250 words by email to the Secretariat at xiiiinteraroidmunich@gmail.com.

Instruction to Presenters
Abstracts should be written in English. Please prepare the abstract in unprotected Microsoft Word document in Arial font.

Title – bold, 12 pt and in upper case letters.

Author’s name(s) – 12 pt with family name in upper case letters.

Author’s address(es) – 12 pt, no abbreviation, if more than one author indicate address of each author numerically in superscript and include the e-mail address of the corresponding author.

Text of abstract – 12 pt, no abbreviation, no references, single paragraph, maximum 250 words. Scientific names should be italicized. Use standard symbols for measurements and the International System.

Include not more than 5 keywords.

Each speaker will be given 15 minutes for oral presentation using Microsoft Power Point (including Q & A session).
Poster Presentation
Poster should be printed in A1 size, portrait layout.
